Hi Deb, thank you for your feedback on ZamiPet Relax & Calm and we're concerned to hear it hasn't agreed with your puppy. Sometimes one of the ingredients in this product, L-tryptophan, can have the opposite effect, if the animal has a sensitivity towards that ingredient. We recommended you don’t give your dog any more ZamiPet Relax & Calm chews. As a matter of interest is your dog on any other supplements or medication to help with the signs of stress and anxiety? Sometimes this sensitivity can occur if taken with other supplements or medication that increases the serotonin levels in the brain.
