“This is a review of Zatural's customer service not the product as I don't seem to be able to submit a review of their service anywhere else. I am beyond disappointed. I purchased a product in December with the promise of a free gift of Isolate. When this didn't arrive with my order I advised them and was told via email that with my next order I would get the current promotional product and the bottle of Isolate. I made another order a few weeks later, added a note to remind them of their promise and to my surprise neither gift was included. Very ordinary customer service. I think Zatural should honor their advertising and send me the two free gifts without any further purchases.”
