Hi Sean, I would suggest taking more of the product at once until you reach the results you are looking for. One of the biggest mistakes that people make is not starting with the proper dosage amount of CBD oil. Try two to three servings at once and see if those results improve. If you decide to purchase from us again, I suggest a higher strength of CBD oil.
