“I took it before an hour before bed I felt so relaxed not like a high feeling or anything like that lol and I sleep so great I have trouble sleeping take medicine for it and still don’t sleep that great but after taking the oil without taking my sleep medicine I sleep amazing best sleep I have had in years woke up feeling brand new like the old me def recommend love it!!!!”
