“I know everyone is different, but for me, I have to take this as soon as I get up in the morning, if I take it at night, I am awake all night, but good thing is when I did take it at night, my joints didn't hurt. So right now I take one in the morning along with half a dose of the CBD liquid. Love Zatural.”
