“I purchased these to use as more as a sleep aid vs. taking melatonin which seems to give me bad dreams. I wish I could tell a difference but evidently, I fall asleep too soon after taking a gummies to give a better opinion... meaning this stuff WORKS AND HELPS ME FALL ASLEEP!!! I do wish it was a little more affordable but then again sleep is important. Also, it tastes great!”

“I have been using these gummies for about a month now and find that they have helped with me falling asleep easier and staying asleep longer than before I started using them. I also find that I'm calmer during the day and am able to handle stress easier.If during the day stress piles up to a certain level I pop one of these gummies and it really helps.”
