“I absolutely love the taste of these hemp hearts. Great value as well. To be able to get your plant-based omega’s is amazing and I find that the iron has helped me tremendously with my anemia. These give me lots of energy and also suppress my appetite for some reason. Would highly recommend.”

“I used these to make keto overnight oats with some coconut milk, keto granola, chia seeds, keto brown sugar, and a little heavy whipping cream, and it was delicious. I will definitely purchase these again.”

“I liked the price on this product. Having said that, we did find a few shells still in the hearts. This did not bother me, but I can see how it might bother others. The flavor was good, not quite as bold as other brands. I did like the the consistency and freshness of the product. I will rebuy these.”

“Hemp hearts are a new addition to our diets. Their flavor is mild enough that they can blend with nearly any dish. Hemp hearts provide "complete" protein, which is rare among plant proteins. All the carbohydrates are fiber, so these are great for carb controlled diets, plus, the fats are "healthy fats." We like hemp hearts sprinkled on oatmeal, salads, pureed soups like pumpkin or squash, and in muffins.”
