“Pretty darn good. I have hip and sciatica issues which can ache terribly after a couple of when hours when I lay down at night. I rub the cream into the hip and down the leg and then apply a heating pad and it will usually relieve the pain enough for me to go back to sleep. I sent a bottle to my sister who also says it's a great help.”
