“I suffer from fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. I do 100mg just after dinner and not only am I sleeping better, but I also have far less pain during the day. Is the pain all gone? Nope, but I went from having significant mobility issues to only minor ones. If I am really struggling, I give myself another half dose, but that really does the trick. Watch the dosing though, it is based on your body weight. For me I can easily take on 200mg, but if you are lighter than me, you don't need anywhere near what I take. I like it enough that I became a subscription customer.”
