“This product has helped me immensely with stress and anxiety. In addition, because I feel more relaxed - I am able to go to sleep better. I take it around 3pm and feel it lasting until the bedtime hour ! I use the unflavored because I have celiac disease. Other flavors are probably great ... but may contain gluten.”

“As far as I can tell, there's no difference between the "Broad Spectrum" and "Full Spectrum" products. The unflavored products are, however more appealing than the flavored versions which are a tad on the artificial side.”
