“I just started to use the product. Don't know the results yet. But, I ordered the product and paid for second day air frieght. My order did not get to me for almost 10 days. When I scolded the USPS about it, they said you did not send them second day air. I will continue using CBD products, but don't believe I will use yours again. Integrity problems.”

Hi James, The reason it didn't arrive in two days is that you did not pay for the second-day air freight. The reason you didn't pay for it is because we don't offer it. We only offer our free standard 3-5 day shipping option. I took a look at your tracking information, and we sent it out the day after you purchased it, and it should have arrived in time, but it looks like USPS juggled it around longer than they needed to. Normally it should have been delivered a lot sooner. We hope you give us another chance and don't pass on us because USPS made a mistake. We wish you the best.
