“I bought this in the hopes it would help with a flare-up of arthritis. It didn't seem to make any difference and I gave up without finishing it off because the curcumin really upsets my digestive system. I”

“They have been a very big help in keeping me comfortable and therefore being able to fall asleep at night. I will also take 1 or 2 in the morning if I have a particular activity planned. I was still hitting Ibuprofen too often even though Dr"s were telling me "no"-"no".”

“Worked longer than CBD oil under the tongue. One gelcap a day instead of 1 ml of oil three times a day. Dosing is much easier. Curcumin adds to effectiveness for joint stiffness.”
