“I have been working in permanent night shift for a very long time. I have gone through all the “alertness boosters” through the years, energy drinks, and coffee. Finally, I found out about matcha. Have been using it for some time now and I can only say the best. It keeps me awake at night but does not ruin my daytime sleep. It has a pleasant taste and does not upset my stomach. Recently my 70 years old mother started drinking it as a replacement for her after-lunch coffee. She loves it. My daughter is a uni student and has an intolerance to caffeine. She used to buy matcha lattes in the coffee shops but why spend all that money when you can make it just as nice at home?
You can buy matcha in hundreds of places. Even in supermarkets. I chose Erin’s shop because she seems to have spent a lot of time and effort to get the best quality tea from Japan. All the previous orders arrived on time. Once I did make a mistake in my order and contacted her about it. She got back very quickly and kindly fixed it promptly. Definitely 5 stars.”
