“/I have been using Zenmed since I received them from you. However there are no instructions as to when I should use them e.g. morning or evening? I am actually using my products as following - early morning, cleanse, wipe off then use Support Serum and AVT Cream. In the evening I cleanse, wipe off then spray with Nutrient Boost Spray. Am I doing this correctly? I have tried to contact you several times without success so I would be glad if you would reply to my query then I can give you a Review. “I have been using the products for 2 weeks. The cleanser was a little to rich for me, so I went back to CerVe, but the serum and AVT cream at night have really helped. I still have a slight redness, but the burning and flushing is almost gone. I used Metro Gel for years, but it seemed to stop working. With the ZenMed products my skin is soft and my pores seem to be diminished, especially on my forehead. I like it”

“Let me begin by saying I was at the point where I was starting to wonder if it really was rosacea I was suffering from..I had tried so many things on my skin and I couldn't really use anything.The cleanser melts beautifully into the skin and is exceptionally gentle which I think is so important and the support serum has saved me! Massive improvements! I can feel the soothing benefits instantly the itching and burning subsides,it literally puts out the fire on my sensitive parts.the spray is fantastic and cooling i use it strait to the skin from the spray bottle as my skin is to sensitive to use a cotton pad most days.i love the fact that I don't have to rub the skin any more than just a gentle cleanse to remove my makeup in the shower.I also use the the AVT cream for a power packed punch of soothing moisture..I really love this range I can feel the good it's doing for my skin even though it's super gentle it's so nourishing..I will keep using it even if my rosacea goes away.My skin started to clear within the third day of use I highly recommend this..redness and white heads,itching are all a lot less visible by week 3 I think soon they will be a thing of the past!
