“I love the products. They have worked better for me than anything else I have tried. I do however have a complaint about my recent order. It has always come though the mail in the past and that has worked fine. With my last order, I have not gotten the cleaner that I ordered and no status. So this is a customer service issue (perhaps with the post office) rather than a complaint about the product (which is great). So I can only give it a 3 right now, but I will give a 4 1/2 my issue with the recent cleanser is resolved.”
