“I love this serum and use it everyday. It absorbs quickly, making my skin instantly smoother. I hope zenmed can figure out the right packaging for it though, it’s rather thick so it clogged in a pump, now it has a a snap lid with a small opening which still makes it difficult to get out. I take the cap off and give the bottle a few taps on my palm, much easier.”

“I really like this product and have used it for several years. My only complaint is that the packaging/plastic bottle is terrible. Every bottle I have purchased has had a broken pump stem before the product is finished. Very hard to get the last of the product out of the bottle and very frustrating. Please change this.”

Hi Patricia for the feedback and my apologies for the inconvenience. We take your comments seriously and you will be happy to hear that yes, we are changing the packaging away from using a dip tube and a pump for easy dispensing.

“I have used this product for decades. I have mild to moderate Rosacea, and I credit the serum and other products here for helping me to keep it from progressing. I like the fact it is mostly natural ingredients as well. As a side note it acts as a moisturizer and helps to prevent wrinkles for me.”
