“PRODUCT was Terrible, No noticeable improvement. Purchased in September for son away to College, returned for Christmas break, product was a total fail. Also past the 60 day return... There response below. You would be better off getting something off the shelf at Walmart. Cheaper and would probably work better. Hello Paul, Thank you for writing into ZENMED. Your order shipped out on Sept 15th 2015 and to qualify for a refund had to be returned to our warehouse by or before Nov 14th 2015. Unfortunately we do not extend return dates as per our policy..
