“I love the AVT cream and the OMEGACERAMIDE+ recovery moisturizer, BUT hate the new squeeze bottles they come in! It was so easy to get all the product out of the "pot" containers, now I have to cut the tube in half at the end and try to scrape out the product. I have arthritis and the tubes and covers are harder to handle, and product seems more watery. I also noticed we are getting less product and the price didn't go down. I don't mind a price increase, but keep the same amount of product that we were getting.”

“This moisturizer is wonderful. It’s light, has minimal scent, and is perfect for everyday use. My skin thanks me every time I use this, and any other Zenmed product. The only reason I’m taking away a star is because I’m noticing the company is frequently coming up with “new looks” for their products, but what’s actually happening is their prices are increasing and the amount of product you get is decreasing. This moisturizer used to be 2.5 ounces. Now it’s only 2 ounces. The same with the recovery moisturizer. It used to be 3 ounces, now it’s 2.37 ounces! That’s a big difference. And everything has gone up in price. If they are going to charge more, at least give customers the same amount of product, not less. If this trend continues, I’m afraid I will need to start looking into other brands to treat my sensitive skin.”

“I ordered 70ml of AVT Cream - Advanced Vitamin Therapy Moisturizer (with black container and doesn’t have ingredient of Cetyl Alcohol ), but was sent this 60ml AVT Cream - Nourishing Emulsion of Hyaluronic Acid and Anti-Aging Peptide Matrixyl which has ingredient of Cetyl Alcohol. My skin is very sensitive and can be irritated by Cetyl Alcohol. They’re definitely not the same product. But nobody responded to my email I sent to the customer service 10 days ago about my order (# 283275). I called the customer service (888-749-4998), but the lady said she could do nothing about it. I’m really disappointed by the wrong product you sent and the poor customer service. I’m still waiting for your response and solution before I dispute my credit card charge.”
