“I was so excited and happy when I found Zenmed and read people's comments. I was about to go to a dermatologist. My Rosacea had gotten so bad and it is so embarrassing! Anyway I have been using your products for over 2 weeks and I really feel like it is better but I have a long way to go. But I am a bit frustrated with Zenmed also. On 5-15-14 I ordered the anti-redness mask. The person told me that it was B/O and it would be in in 5-10 days. I asked her if this happened often as this was only my 2nd order and she stated it happens sometimes and that you like for the product to be fresh!!! What?? Well anyway it is now 5-28-14 and still have not received it so, I called your company today and talked with a man that couldn't tell anything except that it is still B/O. And my visa account was charged for this product on 5-15-14. As I stated I am frustrated and don't know what to do right now. So I called today and went to your web site and went to your "contact us" and sent a message, then in checking my e-mail noticed one from your customer service and am now contactin you again. I am hoping this can be resolved and I can get the " anti-redness mask" that I so want to try. I so want these products to work. Thank you, I will anxiously waiting your reply.”
