“Started taking the supplements the day they arrived. I have quite a task to put to these capsules, I have Eczema on my right ankle and I want it to go away. I don't believe in medical doctors, and my appointment with a Naturopathic doc is in May. I eat considerably well, the rash developed out of a very stressful situation in October. Its still here and its April...along the top of my foot and behind the ankle it seems to be healing. I don't know if its the pills or something else I'm doing as I'm putting apple cider vinegar on it (balances the ph level), epsom salts, and milk in my bath to help it. If it is helping, great, but I make a lousy guina pig as I do all kinds of things to what ails me (which ain't much). This is my first bout with Ezcema and its not a fun thing to get. Hurts, itches, looks ugly, and peels. Today it decided to ooze. Lovely.”
