“I like the product but I think there was a design flaw with the support serum. One would think that if you put such a dense lotion in such a small bottle at least you would make sure the pump does it's job. It is virtually impossible to get the lotion out of the bottle. Pump does nothing at all and trying to shake/squeeze/pour it into your palm (after unscrewing the worthless pump off) is a hell of a lot of work.”

“I was skeptical at first because the claims seemed a bit over stated, and it was expensive and I didn't want to waste money on a product that did not work. But I like the guarantee and all the natural ingredients that the product is made from, so I took a chance. “I have rosacea for a number of years now. It flares up about once a month. I have been using the serum for a year or more and find it is excellent. Recently I have started using the cleanser and mask also and found a an improvement in the redness. I have used many products over the years for rosacea but find Zenmed far superior.”
