“I bought the skin/scar eraser kit hoping it will "erase" my ugly large post breakout marks in a short period of time. I was not expecting over night miracle but after 4 weeks of using it faithfully. I have not seen any difference(or fading or my scars) on my the marks. Initially I was a bit worried about its 30% Glycolic acid formula (didn't want to burn my skin!)but it did not irritate my skin which was good sign, however it didn't seem to do anything neither. Is it the matter of "TIME"? But my post breakout marks do fade eventually(after some months) without using anything. Well, then it is kind of losing the point of buying this rather expensive products as I had hoped it will SPEED the things up. If I had to wait the same amount of time anyway, I dont see why I should be using the products. I also found the Renewing MicroDermabrasion Complex rather rough on the skin. I am still using it as directed but not sure if it is doing anything neither. Sorry, I really want to like the kit but for what I have spent on the products, I have not seen any changes so far. Having mentioned the negatives. I must say the customer service is great with zenmed. Quick responses to my questions, people are kind to me. I don't feel I have been scammed or anything. Thank you very much!”
