“i returned the product and am awaiting a refund. disappointed that instead of calming my rosacea, it made it worse; burned immediately upon application. Then the customer service number said i had to email for return instructions. then i had to pay over 20.00 shipping to return, and have not heard a word back about my credit. “I have only been using the product a few days (6) and I really can't tell yet. I have ocular roseacea along with everything else. My ophthalmologist has started laser treatment and I asked him about the sunscreen which is important after this treatment and he said anything natural is better than chemical so your product fits the bill. I intend to continue using the products because they are what the doctor would recommend.”
