“Bought this scrub as part of the Complete Acne Kit. I love the scrub itself but the pump doesn't seem to be the right design for the product. Zenmed was super quick to send me a new bottle when the pump on my 1st bottle of scrub did not work (great cust svc experience). I thought it was faulty and a fluke but turned out the replacement bottle didn't work either! I think maybe the beads in the scrub end up clogging it? The first push of the pump usually gives a little bit of product (but completely bead-free/smooth) and then, nothing. So I unscrew the top and wipe off the straw to use it every time...annoying and super surprising for a product of this cost range. But I love the scrub itself so I still use it every day and I deal with it. So far, using the kit has improved my skin. Still not 100% acne free but much better.”
