“I have not received it yet......It did not arrive at the shipping address I gave you (1710 Dublin Trail, Apt. #1, Neenah, WI 54956) by the time (10-18-15) I left for my home in AZ (17425 E. Caliente Dr., Fountain Hills, AZ 85268). I'm waiting to see if it is going to forwarded. I'll wait a few more days before I take further action on the delivery. David A. Volkman”
