“I ordered this but via an incorrect payment method. I told them to charge my correct card and refund the incorrect one. But Zenyum was very inflexible and made me return it to get it refunded and I was asked to reorder it again on the correct card to be sent out again. By the time all this happened, many days had passed and I lost the $20 off waterflossers deal so I didn't reorder. Please review your inflexible processes and practices. Made me miss out on a very good product at a good price and wasting your time and money for the same product to be going up and down. Most disappointed.”
“This is my second purchase of the Zenyum Waterflosser Pro, and I've always liked it. My first one lasted over two years, which I found impressive. I'm hoping this one lasts even longer. The only downside is that I couldn't figure out how to dismantle the unit to understand why my first unit stopped working. Initially, the LED screen stopped displaying, but the device kept working for a few months before it eventually stopped charging and became unusable.”
“I have difficulties using a normal floss thread and decided to try and Irrigator after my dentist recommendation. Decided to get Zenyum. Wow, really loved the device. Easy to use, and it's able to get bits out of my teeth even after I have brushed. Loved it and it's inspiring me to now floss every time.”
