Nice, strong, robust chair! I weigh over 300 lbs. and the chair works wonderfully for me! All functions operate smoothly; the headrest is adjustable, as well as the seat height and the tilt angle. There is also a LOCK for the tilt mechanism, which is handy on occasion. I am seated in the chair for several hours each day and find it to be extremely comfortable. I REALLY like the fact that the armrests can be folded completely up vertically and out of the way, as I am a guitarist and can play MUCH more comfortably while sitting without the armrests to deal with! If there is anything I would change, I would have preferred a fabric material rather than the leather, but that is a small thing compared to all the other great features on this chair. It rolls easily on the double-side casters and doesn't get stuck or jammed like a lot of chairs do (I use a thick chair-mat over short-pile carpet). I DID have some trouble putting it together after unpacking it, though; It was difficult to hold the chair back in-place while lining up the anchor screws. I would recommend that at least two people be available to put the chair together, which would only take about 10 minutes at most. It took me about 20-25 minutes by myself. I do recommend this chair!
