“I have no problem with the products. They are however $$ and when it's time to send the 15 empty back in that tiny reply paid envelope - I can tell you now they won't fit. We had 6 laundry refills as part of it. Zero did not offer a larger return envelope. The packages could not fit. We spend an additional $22 of our own to send the packets back. Save your money, naked your own green cleaning products or purchase from your local store. There are plenty now that will refill for you. I will not waste my money on this again. It's $$ and not exactly carbon neutral to be shipping plastic around the country when you refill glass bottles at your local store for a fraction of the cost”
