“I love the concept of these products - easy refills, reducing single use plastic, low tax etc...but the scents are all very same same and don't feel quite "fresh" enough for me. I'm looking for an alternative that's in your same price range but as yet haven't found an option that also offers the full suite of products you offer. So will stick with it for now.
The return envelope needs a re-think. 15 pouches definitely don't fit without it coming apart and getting messed up with leftover liquids. Most recently I just paid for a new, larger envelope and covered the postage out of my own pocket because I had two over-full and busted open envelopes sitting in the back of my car. I'd say 10 pouches per return envelope, or a bigger envelope.”

Fragrance is a super tough one as we understand that it is personal preference and long term, one size cannot fit all. Regarding mailers, so if you still have one of the older mailers...it's a tight squeeze to get the 15 refill pouches in there, especially if you have more than x2 Laundry Liquid pouches in your 15.
It's a bit of a game of Tetris, we suggest emptying out every last drop of air, replacing the cap and placing them top to tail. in super tight situations we also recommend the ol' swag roll technique.

Even if you can get as close to 15 as possible this time around and you can pop the extras into your next larger mailer as more than 15 empties will fit in those easy peasy!
We never want legends to have to pay for shipping empties back, so if you are ever in doubt, email the team through our 'contact us' on the website or at hello@zeroco.com.au we can always organise for an Aus Post Returns Label to get emailed out to you.
That way you can collect up as many empty pouches as you can (15 or more) in any ol' box you may have lying around and use that label to get them back to us (on us)!
