Are you able to try some troubleshooting tips to ensure it is indeed damaged and not just playing hard to get 🙈 If these don't work, let us know.
If the pump is up you could try:
Running the trigger under warm water to clear out 🚿
Ensuring the bottle is only filled to the Zero Co logo (not overfilled) so it has room to breathe aka perform at its best 👌🏼
We also recommend regular cleaning of fixtures (and Forever Bottles). You can read about that here:
