“The detergent is very effective but tends to leave behind a fragrance that is particularly notable with cookware with a non stick or cast iron finish. The smell becomes stronger as the cookware heats up. Sometimes imparts the fragrance into the food, but rarely. Its a nice smell, just not when cooking.”
