the refills - I find them hard to open. We’re older and have arthritis. I’ve had to resort to using a knife to try to break the cap, but that’s dangerous. I don’t want to destroy the refill because that defeats the re-use purpose. Any suggestions?”

So sorry to hear that the caps have been playing hard to get 🙈 You will be pleased to know that we have been working on this! We want using our do-goodies to be as easy, seamless and rewarding as possible so have been redesigning our Refill Pouch caps.
The new caps have just finished undergoing testing and approval so will start coming through production and out into the world soon 👌🏼
In the meantime, please know that you can open the cap from below the coloured lid (opening the white section) as we have made changes to our machines that means this still means the pouch is refillable. when opening for this cap. We just aren't able to update this on the pouches currently in circulation.

“Works great on greasy dishes, only problem is the dispenser which tends to deliver more than is required. Delivery needs to be improved across Australia otherwise its too easy to run out quickly and you then need to buy locally which sort off defeats the purpose. Great product and idea which is sure to improve.”
