Not all our Deliveries include a Return Mailer. You get one envelope with your first order and every 16th pouch you re-order.
As we ask you to send back to us 15 empties at a time, saving you on trips to the post office and the Planet on carbon emissions! 🌏👍🏾

On a different note I recommend Zero Co offer laundry powder instead of or in addition to laundry liquid as a washing machine specialist advised against liquid and recommended powder. You don’t need to use plastic to sell powder either.”

We actually decided to go with liquid over powder as our pre-launch market research showed that most Aussie households use liquid, so we can do the most 'damage' to singe-use-plastic there....for now 💪🏽Thanks a bunch!
