“I like the products and admire what you're doing for the environment but there are some challenges with the packaging. The solid colours of the bottles don't allow you to see how much is left, which can lead to over filling. The refills are often very hard to open and I've actually hurt my hands when struggling with the sharp ridges on the small caps. Perhaps these issues can be taken into account as the company evolves.”

As our Forever Bottles are made up of Ocean Beach and Landfill bound plastic, we are quite limited as to what we can create due to the complexity with working with OBL. This means we are unable to currently incorporate a mix of clear plastic in the bottle blowing process, but in some good news, our Refill Pouches are clear, and are either the same size, or double the size of the Forever Bottle so we find it is helpful to make note on the refill pouch where you would like to empty to.
When it comes to the caps, we hear ya! We have been working on making the lids more accessible for future batches. This just takes some time to filter through to the products that are landing in your hands. So fingers crossed this only get easier going forward 🤞🏼 Having feedback like this is super helpful though.
