You should have had one in your October order, so sorry if this was not the case and you have a runaway mailer on your hands 🙈
But we can see that you will have more than x2 Laundry Liquid Refill Pouches included in your 15 which definitely will make it a lil harder. You will be pleased to know that we will have our V2 Return Mailer out in the world next month which is far roomier! You will be able to fit 15 empty LL pouches in easy peasy 👌🏼
We can definitely send a mailer out to you, however 😜 As we are mindful of our carbon footprint 🌏👣 We would love to instead organise for an Aus Post Returns Label to get emailed out to you?
That way you can collect up as many empty pouches as you can (more the merrier) in any ol' box you may have lying around and use that label to get them back to us on us minus the multiple return pouches 🙌🏼 How's that?

Good news is we are in the process of formulating a version 2 and samples will be sent out to some customers for testing in the coming month or so.
As part of our investigation process.... It would be really helpful for us if you 'd be able to answer these Q's:
What Washing machine type (Top or Front loader etc.) do you have?
What water temperature does the cycle usually use?
Are you on hard or soft water?
Are there particular fabrics you notice an undesirable result more than others?
