“I bought this product for myself and my parents (6 pouches in total). After using it I noticed it was making all my clothes smell mouldy, even if they weren’t smelly going into the wash. I tried leaving them on the line for extra time or using a dryer but nothing helped. It made all my sheets, clothes and towels smell mouldy. I nearly wanted to throw them out (completely against what I am trying to do for the environment!) I ended up having to buy laundry liquid from the supermarket and wash everything I own because even cloths that hadn’t been washed became smelly from being near the washed clothes. I then went to my parents house and they are having exactly the same problem! We have had to throw out 6 pouches of this laundry liquid which makes me very upset because I feel so bad for the environment. I wanted to email my concern but the only contact I could find was a bot and it wouldn’t connect me to a real person. I requested an email through the bot but got nothing.”
“I’ve been looking for a laundry detergent that cleans well and i could do a refill. I’ve been using this one for a while now and I don’t know why I haven’t made a subscription. I’ve given 4 stars because hubby says the clothes don’t smell as nice as previous brand; I have hacked our laundry since first starting to use this, I now add the air freshener with some vinegar as fabric softener and makes the clothes smell nice.”
