“I have been using the laundry detergent for several months trying to believe it was just as good as my prior main stream powder. My partner never felt clothes came out properly fresh and did not like the smell. Took a while but I feel now she is right! I am going to persevere with Zero a little longer and try a mix and match approach.”

Good news is we are in the process of formulating a version 2 and samples will be sent out to some customers for testing in the coming month or so.
As part of our investigation process.... It would be really helpful for us if you 'd be able to answer these Q's:
What Washing machine type (Top or Front loader etc.) do you have?
What water temperature does the cycle usually use?
Are you on hard or soft water?
Are there particular fabrics you notice an undesirable result more than others?

“Cleans clothes well in cold water and I love that I've just been able to buy the re-fill pouches to fill up an old laundry liquid bottle. I love that the colouring is clear too (just makes me less nervous about washing my whites with it). The only draw back is the smell, it's not quite as "fresh" or "floral" as I would prefer. Regardless, I would recommend this product”
“We've been using this laundry detergent for a while now. Whilst it's effective at cleaning an ordinary wash we have found as a busy and active family that it struggles a bit on refreshing life's mess. The fragrance sometimes doesn't pack enough punch to refresh most loved or lived in items, nor does it remove some of the tougher mud stains. Apart from that, if you aren't the messy type it's a good simple wash.”
