“The products are quite nice, the laundry stain remover spray bottle is made very average, makes a mess and doesn’t spray very well. I have re ordered a couple of times now and don’t seem to receive any more postage free return parcel post bags. It’s an expensive product to purchase and repurchase if you take into the account of shipping costs for refills etc. I’m not sure I will us it long term.”

We now know that making a Forever Trigger has not yet been done and is a crazy industrial feat, so we are working hard with the industry to make these more durable 👌🏼
If you reach out to the team they ill happily send you out a replacement and put the misbehaving nozzle to good use!

“I’ve been using this for over a year now and find it works on most washing. Unfortunately on the smelliest of gym gear it just doesn’t cut it, even on a warm wash with precast. I’ve also found this winter it’s extremely thick when cold and difficult to pour. I’ll keep using it as I love the recycled plastic and returnable pouch element, but would love a boost in cleaning for those smellies.”

The cloudiness is also due to the coconut derivatives...think coconut oil! But should not effect the efficacy of this lil beauty in the slightest.
If you have a warmer place to store our LL it will return to it's original state
