Hey Melinda, Thanks for your order and feedback! Oh no! Super sorry to hear that your Laundry Liquid is doing something funky, and turning itself white 🙈 After a bit of digging, we came to the conclusion that in colder weather (at about 10°C, to be specific) the liquid can become cloudy in appearance, and the consistency thickens. This is because we use a coconut-based surfactant! And if you're familiar with coconut oil, that stuff hardens when cold and is very runny when warm. But worry not, awesome plastic-buster! The effectiveness of the product is in no way compromised 👌 🤸🏽 It still works a treat!
