“Sorry to be the bearer of bad vibes and I appear to be going against the majority. After initially thinking the scent of this product was OK, I managed to get through about almost 1 pouch of the liquid before deciding the lingering smell it left on my clothes was just too much to tolerate. Initially I thought I must have left wet clothes in the washing machine overnight and they went "off" a bit because they smelt very unpleasant. This has happened multiple times. I have had to wash several loads twice to see if I could remove the "mouldy" smell with little effect. I have run washing machine cleaner through my machine twice and cleaned the filter but with little improvement. I have now given up on the liquid and will use the remaining pouch on non clothing items! I returned to my usual powder detergent and now my clothes are smelling fine again. Weird. While my problem is with the smell, the actual product worked fine. Unfortunately I won't be buying it again.”

I am so sorry to hear our Laundry Liquid hasn't worked out well. We have found that the enzyme formulation of our Laundry Liquid can sometimes cause this strange smell on certain fibres (ONLY sometimes, which is weird!).

“I have been using the laundry liquid for a couple of months now and have just bought my second set of refills. The liquid goes a long way and I love the scent! It doesn’t leave that ghastly over-perfumed smell that all the other common laundry liquids do. I find it comparable to other environmentally friendly shop- bought liquids.
