Super sorry to hear that some of our Dishwashing Liquid in its current formulation isn't quite cutting the mustard in your home sweet home though...
As part of our investigation process.... It would be really helpful for us if you'd be able to answer these Q's:
How are you using the Dishwashing liquid? (i.e. in a wand or in a hot sink of water)
Roughly, what water temperature do you usually use, cool, warm hot?
Are you on hard or soft water?
Are there particular times you notice an undesirable result more than others? You mentioned more greasier dishes.... (pots and pans, glasses, baked-on dishes).
It would be helpful to know if the water has significantly cooled by that stage. It is important that the water be piping hot for our Dishwashing Liquid to work its grease busting best. Especially on greasier-prone pots.
Anyhooo, apologies if that feels a smidge intrusive Ha....We would just love to pass this info onto our labs 👩🏻🔬
