Fragrance is a super tough one as we understand that it is personal preference and long term, one size cannot fit all. We have found scents to be a lil like goldilocks, some say too much, some say not enough and some say just right. We have passed this feedback onto the team now.

We’re actively working on making our bottles more easy-squeezy for future production runs. In the meantime, we’ve found that standing our bottle upside down on the cap helps. We designed the caps extra wide for this purpose 👌🏼
Although, we totally hear you on the pumps as preferred option! We've spent months and months and months testing and trialing a whole bunch of different pump options that would be able to last "forever". The reality is that because pumps have moving parts they will always eventually break down and stop working. 👎🏼
The current "disc cap" option that we have on our Shampoo and Conditioner should in theory be able to last "forever" because it doesn't have any springs or moving mechanisms which means it's a much better option for the planet 🌏
We’ve now learnt since our first batch of do-goodies were released, that designing a forever pump top is a very unique industrial design challenge (since 99.99% of all pump tops on the planet get used with one single-use bottle and then thrown away). And that this is actually an Industry-wide issue that we are trying to (and will) tackle! 👊🏼 So never say never to a change in the future.
We put lots of time and effort into thinking about the longer-term lifecycle and post-life lifecycle of our products and try to make the best decision for the planet with each of our products. Hope that helps explain why we limit the use of a pump for some of our future products where it makes sense.
