We hear you on the Conditioner though! Despite all our pre-production squeezability testing to achieve the final, approved level of squeeziness, our production bottles were made on the denser side of perfect.
We’re actively working on making our bottles more easy-squeezy for future production runs. In the meantime, we’ve found that standing our bottle upside down on the cap helps. We designed the caps extra wide for this purpose 👌
We also have updated our haircare formulations to be a little more viscous, so in the coming months, you should notice this in circulation and find they come out of the dispenser with more ease.

You can use that label to box up your Haircare Refills and Forever Bottles and get them back to us, on us in any ol' packaging you may already have (feel free to also include any other empty refills you may also have to save on our carbon footprint).
