“I like the product, but I don’t rate the new fragrance! It is too over powering and reminds me of a cooking spice - kind of like cinnamon/nutmeg… Whatever it is, it is not a smell I like in my bathroom. Much preferred the original scent to this one - it smelt a lot cleaner & fresher. I hope you come up with an alternative scent as I don’t know if I will reorder this one….”

We are super bummed that you aren't loving the new fragrance! While we understand that fragrance is a personal preference, we really thought this one was going to be far less 'spicy' and divisive.
As the new lovely blue gum and jasmine fragrance is the only one now in stock and available and we have discontinued the previous fragrance, we would love to hear more 👌
We did just want to double-check that if you had a Forever Bottle that has previously had the original formulation, we recommend that you give your Forever Bottle a good clean-out prior to filling as mixing the two formulations can create a less-than-ideal outcome 🙈 We have an FAQ about that here:

This is super important. If you think you may have mixed the old and new formulations, we would love to send you a fresh refill of the new fragrance, have you clean out your Forever Bottle and give it another go....
