“Disappointing refill pouch usability (I'm all for a sustainable concept as long as it works!) that should have had more consumer feedback before going to production in my opinion.
Squeezing this into a refill a bottle, most of it spills out inefficiently/ineffectively. Wasted some, if not most of this product just trying to painstakingly refill a bottle, poor design. Unfortunately given this experience, I'm not even incentivised to use the product and will find another refill alternative.”
