Super sorry to hear that you aren't totally loving the Stain Remover. Yikes!
We would love to grab some extra info around how you were using this particular do-goodie if you had the time?
We have been getting really great feedback around this plastic-busting product so you can bet we wanna hear about it if you aren't happy to see what tweaks can be made!
As part of our investigation process.... It would be really helpful for us if you'd be able to answer these Q's:
How are you applying the Stain Remover? (i.e. spraying directly onto the affected area, wet or dry fabric)
How long are you leaving the product on before popping it in the wash?
What water temperature does the cycle usually use?
Are you on hard or soft water?
Are there particular fabrics you notice an undesirable result more than others?
Are you spraying a light mist over the affected area, or giving it a good dousing?
Anyhooo, apologies if that feels a smidge intrusive Ha....We would just love to pass this info onto our labs 👩🏻🔬
