“It is great that I can refill my existing bottle and then return the pouches to be recycled. It is a good cleaning product that is safe for our septic system and smells good. I couldn't give it a yum rating because it is toilet cleaner ~ toilet cleaner is not yum!”

“Hi ZeroCo team, We like the smell and effectiveness of your toilet cleaner but there is some room for improvement. Some others have already mentioned that it would be nice if it was coloured so you can see where it has gone and how much has come out. I saw that you responded saying you havent been able to find an eco friendly dye so that is fair but I hope you can continue to look into this. Also, I was hoping the formula would be thicker, more like a gel, so it doesnt run out so quickly. The 500ml quantity is too low, especially with the thin formula and the bottle style, as it comes out too fast and we go through it faster than all the other products. I would estimate we would have to order 3 at a time for it to last as long as the other products. We have 3 toilets that we like to keep sparkling. Unfortunately, I would say it is not quite as effective as Harpic but this is a sacrifice you make to have a more eco friendly formula. One final little thing, and I am really being picky here, is that usually to close the bottle I get the cleaner on my finger because the formula is thin it has accumulated around the lid. We love all the other products and love you guys and what you are doing but hope for toilet cleaner 2.0 soon.”

“I have the full set (minus multi-purpose cleaner of course). This is such a fantastic and important concept - I love that the bottles are made from reclaimed ocean plastics - amazing! - but also that Zero Co has put a lot of thought into the presentation. They’re so cute and kind-of fun, which is nice. All the products work really well, so they’re absolutely fit for purpose, another win! I would prefer the toilet cleaner to have a way to get up into the bowl crevice, but you know with a brush you can make it work. My only criticism is the fragrance of some of the products, which I don’t particularly like. Smell is such a subjective thing and what some people love, others don’t, but for me the fragrances aren’t the best and they’re quite strong. Others will absolutely love them though so it is really a personal thing. That said, I’ve really come to love the fragrance of the air freshener!”
