“Let me preface this by saying I will continue to buy and use Zero Co shampoo and conditioner for my family, but I don't love the scent or the result. Look, it's not offensive but it's just not an "oooh my gosh I love this" kind of scent. In terms of quality - yes, I can go a few days between washes, which is standard for me (I know some people need to wash their hair every day; I'm fortunate that I don't), but my hair needs a lot of attention afterwards so it doesn't look dry and frizzy. I went on holidays recently and the place we stayed at didn't have any shampoo, we were there for a week so unfortunately I had to go and buy some in a SUP bottle (grrrrr), but it was then that I noticed (remembered) the difference in quality. The off-the-shelf one smelled nicer and gave me a better result. I'll continue to use Zero Co purely because it's a planet- saver, but unfortunately the benefits stop there.”

As much as we’d love to create a formula for everyone, with the reality of all the various hair and scalp types out there we knew we'd never be able to please every head. After lots of internal and customer testing we landed with a selection of ingredients that received an abundance of positive feedback from our audience and landed with this one-size-fits-most shampoo and conditioner.
