An extremely gentle cleansing gel/cream that can either be rinsed off or gently removed with tissue or The Sponge Cloth. Helps combat skin sensitivity caused by exposure to pollution, harsh climate, stress, hormonal imbalance, irritating cosmetic products and other environmental influences. Contains no artificial fragrance or colour. Gentle, non-foaming cleanser glides gently over skin to minimize agitation. Leaves no irritating residue. Lavender helps soothe, Coneflower helps calm, and Cucumber helps cool irritation. Benefits: Helps calm and cool redness and discomfort. Easily rinses away or tissues off. Directions: Following the application of Pre Cleanse, apply to the face and throat, gently massaging with fingertips with light, upward strokes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or remove with dry cotton pads. Follow with Ultra Calming Mist and Barrier Repair. Quick Tip: Skin too sensitive for water Use The Sponge Cloth to remove Ultra Calming Cleanser. “I started using this 2002 when rosacea reared its ugly head.I have learnt to manage the rosacea and Derm Ultra Calming is top of the list. Other cleansers are ok for a few days then my skin becomes tight.This helps keep my skin barrier constant. I always do 2 washes when my make up is on but when I'm running out I'm more economical with it and realise I don't need as much to do a good job. It is amazing”

“I have dry skin and started to have redness a year ago, started using dermalogica as my usual cleaner started stinging my face. This cleanser is definitely helping my face, however it doesn't foam and isn't fantastic at removing make up, but the pre-cleanser does remove the make up. I go through mine quite quickly as I use a big splodge!! But I won't want to try anything else now.”
