“Bike was on back order and I received a couple of emails to say the shipment was later than usual. I ordered it two months before Xmas. The bike turned up the day before Xmas. It was for my daughter and I chose aqua so that it could be used for our next child if a boy - we wanted a unisex colour. The colour of the bike is definitely more blue than aqua. Slightly disappointed and did not have time to swap it because it was my daughters Xmas present. The bike is for 18 months and up, we had to take the plug out of bottom so my 2 year old can ride. Bike is really light which is great and I’m sure once my daughter is a bit taller she will manage it better. Good price too. Suggestion is to make the colours of the bikes match what they actually are on the website.”

Our apologies for this. It seems like our manufacturer in China incorrectly enclosed blue bikes in the boxes for aqua bikes. We only received this stock 10 days before Christmas and in the rush to get them out we didn't have a chance to inspect them. Since you're not the only person with this problem, we have stopped selling aqua bikes for the time being until we can go through all our stock in the warehouse to make sure the right colours are in the right boxes.

“Hello, my daughter has not yet used her new Zoomy balance bike, so I can’t comment on it’s functioning. I can say however, that I am really disappointed (and feel a little misled) regarding the colour of the bike. I ordered an aqua bike and received an ‘aqua’ bike according to the box but the colour is most definitely blue. In fact, it is the most vivid blue I could imagine!! As we received the very delayed delivery of the bike on Christmas Eve afternoon, there was no time to return the bike as it was a Christmas present.”
